How to plan the overall application of AGV reasonably?
With the advancement of mobile robot technology such as AGV in recent years and the demand for industrial upgrading and transformation, the application of AGV industrial robot systems has gradually become an ideal solution for enterprises to upgrade flexible production equipment and warehouse automation. However, based on the analysis of the characteristics of AGV robot distribution in the industry and the experience of the end users of enterprises we have been in contact with for many years, There are many drawbacks and misconceptions in the selection of AGV products and overall AGV system planning of enterprises.

Thirdly, most AGV manufacturers do not have design and integration capabilities at all. In recent years, everyone has seen the explosive growth of demand in various industries for logistics robots, which cannot conceal the current situation of insufficient overall planning and system design experience and weak integration analysis capabilities of client enterprises and AGV manufacturers. In this country, in the context of relationship oriented sales and homogenization and low quality environment, AGV manufacturers blindly engage in price wars, only considering AGV single machine performance, which leads to design errors, without AGV functional scalability and integrated application innovation. Coupled with internal corruption in some enterprises, the purchase of a large number of AGV products with low functionality and low quality wastes investment, making it impossible to truly achieve intelligent automation of AGV. This has led many business owners to doubt the role of AGV.

Large tonnage, medium and low speed AGV products should be used when they do not affect workers' activities and other equipment operation routes, and can easily and safely transport materials.
